Had Bob Mitzel do stump grinding for me and some family members back on November 5th. I had 10 total stumps, and other family in the area had a total of 6 with 1 being a major regrind. Very responsive from the first call to when the job was done. Everyone was very satisfied with all the work completed and the pricing was more than fair. This is my second time using Bob and also my father's second time. Extremely satisfied with the work and would highly recommend for anyone.
We had a great experience with Mitzel's. Communication was clear and timely from start to finish, they showed up right on time, prioritized safety, and were friendly and professional. The stump grinding was done thoroughly and the yard was left clean. Very pleased with the overall service and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. I’ve had Mitzel stump grinding now 4 times at my property for a total of 41 stumps. Not only are they down to earth people but they are professional, friendly, on time and most importantly do the job right the first time! Additionally, their pricing cannot be touched by any of the large tree companies! I have recommended them to neighbors and family who have both used them as well. Came in same day for quote. Had stumps under brick, they gave a ceiling quote, not knowing what they would encounter. Fabulous job done in timely manner, on day as scheduled. Trusted them from day 1. Would refer to anyone in Marietta/Maytown /mount joy area.

Over the past 5 years we've had over 80 trees cut down and we've always used Mitzel's for our stump grinding. Mike does a first-class job, leaves the area clean, and his prices are fair and reasonable.
My company ran into and unexpected buried partial tree stump while setting forms to pour a sidewalk. Mitzel’s Stump Grinding was very responsive and made it out the next morning to keep us on schedule to set up for our 10AM pour. Couldn’t have been more satisfied!
